What role does law and order play in determining the success or failure of a country ?

Success of a country can be determined by whether the country can survive on its own economically and militarily. Law and order remove actions that are not right and are not tolerated by society, and also implement policies that benefit the country. These helps the country improves economically and militarily.-reduce crimeReducing crime will make the country safer and it will become more suitable to develop economically.
Exp: In Singapore, crimes rates are reducing, overall crime reported in 2006 fell by 10% when compared to 2005, from 37,093 to 33,393 cases.

-increase in military strength
A stronger military will ensure the country is not going to get attack by other countries.
Exp: In Singapore, National Service is compulsory so that Singapore’s military strength is maximized.

-education
education is one factor with helps the country other then law and order, more educated people means more people capable of helping the country improve its economy.

The success or failure of the country still depends mainly on law and order , it helps keeps country safe and also at the same time, keeping the country safe makes the country a better environment for development economically and the policies will protect the country, thus the country will be a success as it will be able to continue its development.
